IZM Security holds security industry License in the state of Victoria and is a proud member of the industry’s prestigious security body ASIAL (Australian Security Industry Association). We take pride in securing our clients property and their integrity through our service. IZM Security clients extend through industrial companies, manufacturing, retail and commercial property, educational and health institutions. With a rising trend towards outsourcing non-core strategic functions and continuous focus on the safety and security, IZM Security has been experiencing an increased demand from the business world and we have been successfully meeting this demand and exceeding all expectations established with our clients. SAFETY
IZM Security takes safety very seriously. Safety on each and every site is of utmost importance to us. We work in partnership with our clients to ensure that any risk is appropriately addressed. We make sure all our client demands are addressed. We strive to protect your business with complete integrity.
TRAINING
IZM Security has a proactive approach to training. We provide an intense training for all of our guards based on the new site’s operating procedures in order to provide the best level of service. Our guards are reliable, well presented, well trained, bright and well spoken. They have tools and training to think on their feet and apply common-sense to situation that may arise that do not form part of the normal site operations. Our security staff is inducted with current industry demands and standards. We keep working on solution to perform at an extra ordinary level.
Site Operating Procedures
Being very proactive in customer needs and safety, we have gone a step further from the above. We prepare extensive Site Operating Procedures to suit individual sites. This addresses specific needs of our clients and ensures that both parties (the client and we) are aware of all the needs and expectations associated with running a safe site. These procedures are not implemented to any site until they are approved by the site manager. We keep working on site operating procedures with management to ensure best practices are applied at the sites.

Management Team
IZM Security senior management compromises of members who share vast experience in the security industry and have the necessary management skills to effectively manage the business ensuring the well-being of all interested parties. Risk Management
One of the main purposes of security service is to mitigate the risk to an organization, infrastructure and its resources. There are also risks associated with the provision of security services relevant to specific sites. Managing risks is fundamental to our business. We work in partnership with our clients to ensure that these risks are appropriately addressed. We make sure we create a safe environment for our sites.
Safety Management Systems
Regular risk assessment are carried out at all our sites, we ensure that significant care is taken to ensure the safety of the personnel working on sites and this is also addressed through training and documented policies and procedures. IZM Security will develop safe work methods that address specific site needs and implement these methods through the service provided.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
IZM Security develops SOP’s relevant to individual sites. The procedure address the specific needs of our clients and ensure that both clients and security provider are aware of all the need and expectations associated with the running a safe site. The SOP’s go into great details defining various processes relevant to the sites and are used as training and referred documents for the guards. These documents are developed in conjunction with our clients demonstrating our commitment to customer needs and expectations. The procedures also provide the necessary benchmark to measure our performance against industry standards. They form a valuable tool in the continuous improvement of our services to our clients.
